Weston – Part/Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (30-40 hours/week) – ASAP Start (flexible)

A lovely Weston family is searching for a part time nanny/household manager to begin ASAP! There is some flexibility with the start date as the family is looking to find the right match. The family has 3 children, ages 5.5, 3, and an infant (3 months), and the oldest two attend full day and morning programs, respectively.

This position offers 30-40 guaranteed hours/week in a 4 or 5 day format. Options include M-F 12:30/1:30pm-7:30pm (30-35 hours in 5 days), M/Tu/Th 1:30pm-7:30pm and F 7:30am-7:30pm (30 hours in 4 days), or M-Th 12:30pm-7:30pm and F 7:30am-7:30pm (40 hours in 5 days). The ability to flex up in hours on occasion, with notice, is desired. Responsibilities include providing household support in the beginning of the shift, such as simple family meal support (making a salad, chopping veggies, boiling rice/pasta), packing lunches for the next day, grocery shopping, errands, and organizational tasks as time permits. When the morning nanny leaves for the day at 3:30pm, duties will shift to childcare, activity planning, spending time outdoors as the weather permits, bottle preparation and sterilization, going through the dinner and evening routines, organizing backpacks, and making sure everyone stays safe and happy.

Prior experience working with infants and older siblings in a multi-child household is desired! There will be some overlap with the family’s morning nanny, so comfort in working together is important. Two of the children have food allergies, so candidates should be comfortable with navigating this and learning how to use an Epi-pen. There is a pool on premises and the family may get a dog in the future. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
