Wellesley – Part Time Nanny (25-30 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A friendly family in Wellesley is searching for a responsible, proactive part time nanny to begin ASAP! Care will be for a 3.5 year old girl who is happy, curious, and social. She loves music and eating adventurously!

The schedule for this position is M-F 12:45pm/1:45pm-6:45pm for a guarantee of 25 or 30 hours/week. Responsibilities include walking the family’s small hypoallergenic dog upon arrival, school pick up for the child, planning activities and outings, accommodating playdates, spending time reading and doing arts and crafts, maintaining a consistent daily routine, child snack preparation, child laundry, and general tidying. For the 30 hour role, duties also include loading/unloading the dishwasher, light grocery runs/errands, organizing the playroom and child’s bedroom, and packing lunch for the next day.

One parent works from home in a separate, closed office. This family values an approach to each day that is rooted in positivity and engagement! Comfort with activities such as gymnastics, swim, and music classes is important. They’re looking to build a long term relationship with their nanny and hope to meet candidates who will stay with their family for years to come!
