Somerville – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A lovely family in beautiful Somerville is searching for a full time infant nanny to begin ASAP! You’ll have the joy of working with an adorable 6 month old girl.

The schedule for this position is M-Th 8am-5pm and F 8am-12pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. Some flexibility with the end time may be requested based on parent commitments with advance notice. This is a baby-focused role and duties include activity planning, supporting milestones, maintaining a healthy schedule, spending time outdoors as often as possible, bottle preparation and sterilization, meal preparation once the baby is table ready, child laundry, organizational projects, household laundry support as time allows (preferred), and general tidying throughout the day.

Best matches for this family are caring, engaging, patient, and great at creating safe, stimulating environments for babies. Prior experience with infants is required! Both parents have the opportunity to work from home a few days per week and will pop out of the office for snuggles at times, but this is an independent role. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
