Marblehead – Full Time Infant Twin Nanny (35 hours/week) – Flexible Start

A wonderful Marblehead family is searching for an experienced infant twin nanny to begin when the right match is found! This role is with the family’s adorable 5 month old twin boys who are both proving to be great nappers.

The proposed schedule for this position is M-F 8am-3pm for a guarantee of 35 hours/week, though the family is open to different scheduling configurations, such as a 4 day schedule (30 hours) or a schedule of M-F 8am-12pm (20 hours). Responsibilities include thoughtful, attentive care for the twins, planning developmentally appropriate activities to achieve milestones, bottle preparation and sterilization, children’s meal preparation, assistance with transitioning to solids, keeping the nursery clean, stocked, and organized, children’s laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher as time allows, and occasional interactions with the family’s two older children. No direct care for them is expected, just small tasks such as providing a quick snack when asked and extending kindness and love.

Prior experience with infants is a must and twin experience is preferred! Nannies with a high energy level, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of reliability are highly encouraged to apply. This role involves working completely independently, but also some collaboration at times with mom, who stays at home. Comfort with a home-based position is required, as is sharing space with the family’s two sweet dogs. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
