Chestnut Hill – Full Time Nanny/Household Assistant (35 hours/week) – Late March Start (flexible)

A kindhearted dual physician family in Chestnut Hill is searching for a long-term nanny/household assistant to begin in late March. There is flexibility for the right match. They have two adorable daughters, ages 4 and 1.5, who both attend school during the day.

The base schedule for this position is 35 guaranteed hours/week with set shifts on Monday and Thursday of 1pm-6:30pm. 1-2 weekdays will have a split format of 6:30am-10:30am and 2:30pm-7pm, with Fridays starting at 1pm. 1-2 days will consist of just the morning or afternoon shift. Variation is based on parent hospital/clinic schedules and is determined approximately 1 month in advance. This role’s duties include transportation as well as cleaning up from morning/evening routines, household laundry, children’s snack/meal preparation, preparing 2-3 batch family meals each week, grocery shopping/errands, and organization projects as needed. Morning and later afternoon hours include facilitating a fun and relaxed routine, age appropriate activities and adventures, and getting the girls home, settled in, and successfully managing the dinner/evening hours.
