Cambridge – Full Time Nanny (40-50+ hours/week) – Late September/October Start

A wonderful, warm dual physician family located in beautiful Cambridge is searching for a full time nanny to begin in late September/October! They are flexible with the start date and are looking to find the right match. They have two children, ages 2.5 and 3 months. This highly competitive compensation package includes 6 weeks of vacation time (2 weeks of candidate’s choice)!

The schedule for this position 40 guaranteed hours/week with shifts typically falling between 5am and 7pm. Most weekends should be free, but if not, the nanny will have two consecutive days off. The schedule is provided at least 4 weeks in advance and willingness to work up to 50+ hours/week is a must. The ability to provide up to 15 overnights per year (typically 1 per month) is required. Duties are child-centered and include planning activities, adventures, and outings, assisting and encouraging milestones, spending time outdoors as the weather permits, children’s laundry, children’s meals, and keeping play areas and bedrooms organized and tidy. They would sincerely appreciate if candidates were open to letting their small, sweet dog out and giving her food and water during longer shifts.

Reliability and punctuality are paramount given parent schedules and the nature of their jobs! Nannies who are responsible, loving, communicative, engaging, and able to provide exceptional care for both children each day will be top tier matches. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
