Additional Information:
An ultra high net worth client in an immediate Boston suburb is seeking a ROTA nanny to add to their fully staffed household in mid-April. They have two children, a 2 year old and an 11 month old, who the nanny will be fully in charge of caring for, plus some occasional supervision for two teenagers. A newborn is expected in the 2025/2026 calendar year. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
The base schedule is a 7 day rotation which begins Saturday at 7am and ends Friday at 8pm. The core daily shift is 7am-8pm with the need for on call, overnight availability when parents travel or have late evening commitments. Traveling with the family or being the sole adult at home with the children while parents travel totals approximately 25% of the year’s shifts (6-8 rotation weeks). Responsibilities include supporting milestones/transitions, healthy sleep/feeding routines, activity planning, going on outings, children’s snack and meal preparation, and child-related housekeeping (infant/toddler laundry, putting toys away, keeping the nursery tidy, etc.).
Candidates are required to hold a NCS with at least 7-10 years of infant/toddler experience, plus experience caring for multiple children at the same time. This client is seeking a career nanny who has prior experience working in fully staffed households, traveling with families, and has a team player mentality. A high level of discretion and maintaining the family’s privacy is a priority. The family provides an annual stipend for staff clothing for the shift, plus a family vehicle for work use. A driver’s license and car for commute purposes are required.
