Boston (Back Bay) – Full Time Nanny (45 hours/week) – July Start

A warm and wonderful Back Bay family is searching for a reliable full time nanny to begin in late July! You’ll care mainly for the family’s 17 month old daughter, plus a 3.5 year old who attends a year-round program and will require care about 25% of the time.

The schedule for this position is M-F 8am-5pm for a guarantee of 45 hours/week. Responsibilities are largely child-focused and include daily care for the toddler, going on outings and planning activities, spending dedicated outdoor time as the weather permits, children’s laundry, tidying the children’s bedrooms, and healthy children’s meal/snack preparation. Running the occasional errand (within walking distance and during strolls) would be sincerely appreciated.

One parent works from home in a separate office space, nestled within their four floor home. Nannies who are safety-conscious, patient, and easygoing would be great matches for this family. This is a no-screen household, and the family chiefly hopes to find someone dependable who is able to encourage language development, foster independence, and truly support social emotional growth.
