West Newton – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – May Start (flexible)

A busy family in West Newton is searching for an upbeat, sweet full time nanny to begin in early-mid May, with flexibility for the right match to begin between then and early June. Though this is a two child household with a 5 year old and a 9 month old, primary care is for the baby as the older child attends full day school and camp.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. A schedule of 10am-6pm or similar is possible for the right match. Occasional care on no-school days or if the nanny travels with the family will be requested. Duties include all aspects of infant care, planning outings and activities to support development, facilitating eat/sleep/awake time, bottle preparation and sterilization, children’s laundry, and children’s meal preparation. School pick up for the older sibling may be requested twice per week. Loading and unloading the dishwasher and some child-related tidying and organizational tasks when time permits would be greatly appreciated.
