Wellesley – Full Time Nanny (45 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy Wellesley family is searching for a fun, enrichment-focused nanny to begin ASAP, with a bit of flexibility for the right match. They have two children, a curious, active 2.5 year old who attends school during the day, and an adorable 2 month old.

The schedule for this position M-F 8am-5pm for a guarantee of 45 hours/week. Flexibility to stay until 7pm on occasion is preferred, and the willingness to cover overnights during parent travel is strongly preferred. Childcare responsibilities include all aspects of infant care, bottle preparation and sterilization, developmentally appropriate activities and outings, adhering to her daily schedule, keeping the nursery well stocked, neat, and tidy, afternoon pickup for the older sibling, and remaining attentive and loving with both children for the rest of the afternoon. Other duties include healthy children’s meal/snack preparation, household laundry, and general tidying at the end of the shift.

This adventurous family loves to travel, so excitement for 2-3 weeks of domestic travel alongside them is strongly preferred, with some of that time spent on Cape Cod. Nannies who are proactive, detail and schedule oriented, and professional at their core would be wonderful matches for this family. The family  values mindfulness surrounding safety and a solid foundation of knowledge in infant milestones and child development. Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply!
