[FILLED] Brookline – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A wonderful family located in gorgeous Brookline is searching for a full time nanny/household manager to begin as soon as the right match is found! They have 4 children, ages 16, 14, and 12 year old twins.

The ideal schedule for this position is M/Tu/W/F 10am-6pm and Th 1pm-9pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. A later shift on Thursdays is strongly preferred, but not a requirement. Duties include transportation, lunch/snack preparation, overseeing homework and school projects, setting the kids up for daily success, organizing and keeping track of their schedules and activities, and proactively identifying future needs. Household duties include household laundry, grocery shopping, simple family meal support (chop vegetables, make pasta, order in – no real cooking is required), inventory management, family/home project research (contractors, camps, and scheduling/overseeing work), organizing kids’ rooms and closets (including seasonal switch-outs), and general tidying.

Both parents work outside the home during the day unless there is a change in their schedule. Best matches for this role are those who are warm, organized, kind, and have a friendly demeanor. Taking initiative without needing directives from parents is important to success.
