Weston – Full Time Nanny (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start (flexible)

A lovely Weston family is searching for a patient, detail-oriented full time nanny to begin ASAP! There is some flexibility with the start date as the family is looking to find the right match. The family has 3 children, ages 5.5, 3, and an infant (3 months), and the oldest two attend full day and morning programs, respectively.

The schedule for this position is M-F 7:30am-3:30pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. If a 4 day schedule is preferred, the schedule could be M/Tu/Th 7:30am-4:30pm and W 7:30am-7:30pm. The ability to flex up in hours on occasion, with notice, is desired. Responsibilities include thoughtful, loving care for the baby, picking up the middle child at midday, providing snacks and facilitating afternoon naptime, meeting the oldest child when dropped off by the bus at the end of the shift, planning activities, encouraging milestones, bottle preparation and sterilization, keeping everyone engaged, safe, and happy, and getting outdoors as the weather allows.

Prior experience working with infants and older siblings in a multi-child household is desired! There will be some overlap with the family’s afternoon nanny, so comfort in working together is important. Two of the children have food allergies, so candidates should be comfortable with navigating this and learning how to use an Epi-pen. There is a pool on premises and the family may get a dog in the future. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
