Duxbury – Full Time Nanny (40 hours/week) – Early October Start

A lovely Duxbury family is searching for an outdoorsy and creative full time nanny to begin in early October! There is slight flexibility with the start date for the right match. You’ll start out working with one awesome 1.5 year old, then a newborn is expected in March. When the baby arrives and baby care becomes required, a compensation increase will be granted.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. This role is child-focused and includes activity planning with the purpose of promoting physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, maintaining a healthy schedule for both children, children’s meals, children’s laundry, keeping child-related spaces clean, organized, and stocked, and sometimes collaborating with mom while she is home on maternity leave.

Nannies who love to plan adventures and outings, have strong communication skills, and enjoy being active each day as the weather allows are exactly who the family is hoping to meet! Having the ability to manage two small children each day is important. One parent works from home in a closed office, located in a separate part of the home. Though pet care isn’t required, comfort with the family’s sweet dog and two cats is a must. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
