Wellesley – Part Time Nanny (27-30 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A warm and welcoming stay at home mom in Wellesley is seeking a collaborative nanny to begin ASAP, with a focus on finding the right match. You’ll work with three wonderful children, ages 10, 8, and 6, who all attend school until the mid-afternoon each day.

The schedule for this position is M/Tu/Th/F 2pm-7pm and W 12pm-7pm for a guarantee of 27 hours/week. If a guarantee of 30 hours/week is preferred, the start/end time can be adjusted or a date night can be added to reach that number. Responsibilities are strictly child-focused and include daily school pick up, transportation to/from activities, playtime, and homework supervision. The nanny will also assist with keeping things tidy, pick up after playtime and activities, and prepare simple children’s meals (heating something up) and snacks as requested. The occasional household errand and/or organizational task would be appreciated.

Ideal candidates are easygoing, charismatic, and upbeat, contributing all of those traits to the positivity of the home! Nannies who are organized, energetic, practice patience when allowing for transition time, lean into a gentle approach when it comes to large feelings, and enjoy a divide and conquer approach to each day are highly encouraged to apply.
