Sudbury – Part Time Nanny/Household Manager (30-35 hours/week) – Flexible Start

A family located in gorgeous Sudbury is searching for a patient, reliable nanny/household assistant to begin when the right match is found! You’ll have the joy of working with their 3 children, ages 6, 2.5, and a newborn.

The ideal schedule for this position is M-F 12pm-6pm for a guarantee of 30 hours/week. If a 35 hour base schedule is preferred, a 6:30/7pm end time a few days per week and/or an 11am arrival a few days per week are possible to reach 35 hours. This role is focused on household support and newborn care when the older children are in school and shifts to childcare at pick up time. Duties include all aspects of care for the baby, children’s snack/meal preparation, child-related organization projects, unpacking school bags, non-intimate family laundry, maintaining a list of needed supplies and groceries, errands, and light care for their two dogs (fill water bowls, let out for potty breaks, etc.).

The family is most eager to meet candidates who are patient with strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude.  They love to laugh, so sharing a great sense of humor is ideal! Recognizing the value in downtime after a busy day at school and helping the children take care of themselves and each other are key, as is delighting in the growth and excitement of the children. A safe driving record and the desire for a long-term commitment are paramount!
